We are expanding and are looking for Regional Area Managers (RAMs) who will partner with us to form a strategic alliance. This alliance is designed to help support the RAM and their team. RAMs will be responsible for recruiting and managing a top performing sales team of Area Managers.
We will create leads and pre-set appointments for and only for your Area Managers, week in and week out. Our leads represent people who are interested in solving a problem with their company benefits, lack of benefits or financial situation; and all of our prospects are employed in stable workforces across America. The secret to success as a manager in the insurance business is for your agents to make presentations to qualified prospects daily! Our multi-market approach guarantees that happening.
